Inside, a modern, luxurious, and sparkling-clean design welcomes your group of up to 6. We aimed for a hotel-meets-home vibe, with vibrant art, clean lines, luxury linen on all the beds (one king and two queens), Amazon Alexa and Netflix, free and fast Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV in every bedroom.

With an open, group-friendly layout on the main floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor, Executive Edmonton is ideal for corporate travel, government workers, parents visiting their favorite University of Alberta students, or hockey/dance families (you can walk to the Orange Hub!).

Get ready for the day with a front-loading washer & dryer, iron & ironing board.

FOODIE READY 

You’ll eat well here—from waffles and coffee in the fully equipped kitchen (coffee grinder and waffle-maker included!) to burgers from the grill on the deck at sunset. An indoor dining table with 6 plush leather chairs is great for both meals and meetings.

As foodies ourselves, we stocked the kitchen for cooking and entertaining, right down to the red/white wine glasses, ice bucket, and plethora of cooking utensils. Pick up your favorite wines at the liquor store just down the street.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

A king-size master suite is the ultimate restful retreat, featuring a 42” Smart TV with cable and en-suite bath with a shower. 

Two more bedrooms each have queen beds and their own Smart TVs with Netflix. A second full bath features a tub and shower. 

We even provide house coats/robes in each bedroom!

Our family has owned this lovely piece of property for over 30 years, though the duplex is brand-new. We absolutely love its location, just 500 ft. east of the famous Mackinnon Ravine—a lush ribbon of green through the center of Edmonton. Stroll this nature-filled paradise with ease.

Find yourself just 20 minutes from the airport and between 3-6 km to the hospitals (including U of A, the Childrens Hospital, Misercordia, Royal Alexander, Glenrose Rehab, and other facilities) which makes Executive Edmonton a good option for those with loved ones in treatment.

You're also close to downtown, St. Albert, athletic facilities and the government legislative centre. Many amenities are within walking distance (less than 2 minutes on foot): restaurants, Safeway, London Drugs, Starbucks and liquor stores for that much-needed bottle of wine after a busy day.

For kids, we're 4.5 km from World Water Park and Galaxy Land and 3.5 km to the World of Science Centre.

Edmonton is known for our Festivals—many of them among the largest in North America! We're just across the river from Hawrelak park, home to Edmonton's Heritage Festival, music festivals, Shakespeare in the Park, winter ice sculptures fringe. and so much more.

Very nicely laid out townhouse, great for families with 3 bedrooms on the same floor. Clean. Well appointed. Very comfy, truly felt like a home away from home.

The location was surprisingly convenient. 10 mins from West Edmonton Mall, Telus World of Science, and downtown. Close enough to major roadways for easy driving, but far enough that you're not near any major traffic. Parks within walking distance.

The home owner was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.

I would 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting Edmonton.
